A Hamptons estate — with a wine cellar, multiple pools and a mooring spot for a 130-foot yacht  — is on the market for $65 million.

The six-bedroom, eight-bathroom mansion at 6 Bay View Court in North Haven includes 500 feet of waterfront on Noyack Bay. The owners are selling the 1995-built home after 18 years because their children have moved out and they no longer need the space, according to the Wall Street Journal. Harald Grant of Sotheby’s International Realty has the listing.

The 15,000-square-foot home boasts seven antique stone fireplaces, carved balconies and a widow’s walk with views of the bay and Sag Harbor. The massive estate also includes a gym, two kitchens — one for casual and one for professional cooking — and a home movie theater.

The new owners will also have plenty of outdoor amenities to keep them occupied, as the estate also boasts two infinity pools, an indoor pool and an outdoor tennis court. For seafaring souls, a yacht can be moored right off the beach.

Usually, homes on the bay are slightly lower in price than those on the ocean. An East Hampton home recently sold for $147 million. [WSJ] — Claire Moses
