Following a three-year renovation, Leona Helmsley’s former Greenwich, Conn., estate is back on the market.

The house, built in 1918 and located on on Round Hill Road, is listed with Jane Howard Basham of David Ogilvy & Associates, an affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate. The asking price is $65 million.

An anonymous buyer purchased the 40-acre, gated property in 2012 for $35 million. A year later, the new owners listed the property for $43 million. Since that listing, the owners — who have not been named — renovated the house.

Post-renovation, the home measures 17,000 square feet and includes nine bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. With that, it’s slightly smaller than it used to be when Helmsley lived there. The house also now has a new staircase, new kitchen and new mechanical systems.
