CBRE brokers Mike Rizzo and Harly Stevens represented the tenant, while CBRE’s Mary Ann Tighe, Ken Meyerson, Evan Haskell and Stephen Siegel and Silverstein’s Jeremy Moss represented the landlord.

MediaMath is the first tenant from the private sector to sign at the building. The 74-story, nearly 1,000-foot-high tower was completed in December, after nearly five years of construction. [NYP]Mark Maurer
