DDG applied for a permit to construct a 31-story building on the Upper East Side.
The project at 1558 Third Avenue will have 182,995 square feet of residential space and include 44 apartments. This comes down to apartments that’ll average nearly 3,500 square feet in the 469-foot tall tower.
HTO Architect is the architect of record and DDG is the design architect of the project.
DDG bought the site for $70 million from Muss Development. [NY YIMBY] — Claire Moses
