The Aston, a 17-story luxury development in Forest Hills, is set to open this fall and will add three-bedroom units to the building.
The 97-unit building — which architect Anthony Morali famously and inaccurately referred to as “The Great Gatsby” — initially featured 100 one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 800 to 1,200 square feet, according to Curbed.
However, due to demand from potential buyers, developer Cord Meyer has announced that he is modifying the plans to add six three-bedroom units.
The building is scheduled for completion in October. Sales are launching in September. [Curbed] – Christopher Cameron
