Hillary Clinton signed a two-year lease for office space in a skyscraper at 120 West 45th Street.
Clinton agreed to take more than 4,000 square feet at the building, which is owned by SL Green. The REIT’s boss, Stephen Green, is a big Democratic donor and the brother of Mark Green, who was the Democratic mayoral nominee in 2001. The office space fits about 25 people.
SL Green recently renovated the tower, which also houses global investment firm D.E. Shaw. [NYDN] — Claire Moses
