A perfectly preserved Victorian manse on an 11-acre private peninsula in Connecticut’s historic Stonington Borough has hit the market asking $15 million.
The clapboard house, which dates back to the 1850s, features five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a whopping 7,500 square fee.
There’s also a Parisian-style artist’s garret in the attic, along with formal sitting rooms and living areas, all with views of Little Narragansett Bay, according to Curbed.
The grounds include a greenhouse, two guest cottages, tennis court, salt-water swimming pool, half of a mile of shoreline and docks. [Curbed] – Christopher Cameron
