The Moinian Group is trying to move the chains on three projects along 11th Avenue.
The developer will seek city approval today to break ground on its 1.7 million-square-foot Hudson Yards tower, 3 Hudson Boulevard, Crain’s reported. It could be up to six months before the FXFOWLE-designed building, located between West 34th and 35th streets, gets the city’s nod to move forward, according to the website.
The company also plans to get the ball rolling on a proposed mixed-use building that would include condos, a hotel and retail space between West 25th and 26th streets. The Moinian Group will most likely build an 80/20 rental development between West 43rd and West 44th streets, Crain’s reported. [Crain’s] — Tom DiChristopher
