Steve Morrows, director of leasing and executive vice president at RFR, represented the landlord in-house. The tenant’s broker was undisclosed. Asking rents range from $160 to $170 per square foot.

Aby Rosen and Michael Fuchs’ RFR took full ownership of the Seagram Building last year, as previously reported. In 2000, RFR and its partners paid $375 million to acquire the Ludwig Mies van der Rohe-designed building at auction. In 2011, RFR reached an agreement with 39 percent stakeholder Peter Brant to purchase his share, financing the deal through a $160 million loan from the Blackstone Group and others.
