A $110 million penthouse in the sky may be a little steep for all but the wealthiest of buyers, but the Woolworth Tower Residences — being developed by Alchemy Properties on the upper floors of the Woolworth Building — have a lot more to offer. Non-penthouse units in the building range in price from around $3.9 million to just under $29 million.
Here are floor plans of some of the condos up for grabs, along with their asking prices and approximate sizes.
The cheapest apartment at the building, according to Alchemy’s offering plan, is a 44th-floor, one-bedroom unit asking $3.9 million. There are similarly-configured apartments on the 45th through 47th floors, with slight premiums for the higher floors.
Moving up the budget ladder, the B-line apartments on the 32nd through 41st floors, which have two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, start at $7.3 million. The larger A-line apartments on these floors start at $9.6 million.
On the 31st floor, a four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom pad with 638 square feet of outdoor space is asking $26.4 million, making it the third-priciest unit at the condo.
The priciest non-penthouse unit is a four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom unit on the 29th floor that is asking $28.8 million. It sports 1,227 square feet of terrace space.
