A new look is available at Brookfield Properties’ Manhattan West.
A new video was released, which reveals changes to parts of the site.
The residential building at 401 West 31st Street — most likely to be built ahead of the office towers planned for the property — will boast 64 stories and be 702 feet tall. According to permit applications with the city, the property will have 790 units. SOM is desiging the sleek-looking building.
The video also mentioned that Manhattan West will offer “connectivity” to the High Line, which would better integrate the Brookfield project into the Far West Side. It’s not quite clear what that connectivity entails. [NY YIMBY] — Claire Moses
