Brother brokers and former Corcoran agents Zachary and Cody Vichinsky have struck out on their own with Bespoke Real Estate, the first brokerage to focus exclusively on marketing homes and property in the Hamptons that are priced at or above $10 million.
Zachary and Cody Vichinsky spent about 5 and 3 years with Corcoran, respectively, where they marketed upward of $300 million in listings. The new business launches with approximately $350 million in exclusive listings and representation, the pair told The Real Deal.
The firm’s business model “leads us to focus on very hand-selected, limited, amazing properties and invest a lot more into them from a resource perspective, which allows us to do really different things on the marketing front, on the service front, ” said Cody Vichinsky.
The brokerage features concierge-style services — including niceties like chartered helicopter flights to the Hamptons. Bespoke is also integrating its business with interior designers, architects, builders and land planners in the Hamptons. The firm has worked with membership-based lifestyle company CORE: to host several events at properties Bespoke represents, and is looking to build out relationships with other luxury brands.
The company aims to use data and analytics to help clients demystify the process of purchasing a Hamptons home from an investment perspective.
“We want to be a resource that’s extremely intelligent and articulate and give our clients a sense of comfort when they’re buying or selling something so significant,” said Cody Vichinsky. “That’s where the data aspect comes in.”
The majority of properties marketed by Bespoke are located between Southampton and East Hampton. Four agents currently make up Bespoke’s sales team. The Vichinsky brothers intend to cap the agent count at 6 to 8 individuals for the foreseeable future.
The business is based out of a new LEED-certified, state-of-the-art facility in Water Mill designed by award-winning Hamptons architect James Merrell. Bespoke’s office itself features custom design from GRADE Architecture + Interior Design.
“It’s an environment that is conducive to the inventory we sell and the buyers that we represent,” said Zachary Vichinsky.
