Servcorp signs 15-year lease at One World Trade Center
Australia-based company takes about 38K feet in tower; building nearly 58 percent occupied
Servcorp, an Australia-based coworking and virtual office space company, is moving to 1 World Trade Center.
The company signed a 15-year lease for 34,775 square feet and will move into the building’s entire 85th floor. The spot will be the company’s fourth Manhattan location. Servcorp is reportedly expecting to spend $1.8 million on a build out. Asking rent on the higher floors is between $75 and $100.
With this new lease, the 3 million-square-foot tower is almost 57.5 percent occupied, the New York Post reported. The building is being developed by the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey and the Durst Organization.
Advertising agency KiDS Creative signed a long term lease at the tower in May, paying more than $90 per square foot. Reportedly, Hugo Boss is in early talks to take up space at the tower. [NYP] — Claire Moses
