Model Behati Prinsloo sells Alphabet city bachelorette pad
Victoria's Secret star unloads East 11th Street unit ahead of move to $4.5M Soho home
Behati Prinsloo, Victoria’s Secret model and wife of Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine, has sold her Alphabet City apartment.
Prinsloo sold the duplex at 643 East 11th Street for $1.65 million, the New York Daily News reported. She listed the pad for $2.1 million in February, and sold to Noot Seear, a Canadian model.
The model bought the apartment in 2008 for $1.4 million, right before she became the face of the lingerie brand’s Pink line. The apartment is located on the first floor and includes a large backyard, according to the Daily News. Prinsloo, a Namibian native, is set to move into a new $4.55 million three-bedroom on Greene Street in Soho, together with her new husband.
