KLS Professional Advisors Group signed a long-term Lease On Sixth Avenue, as many of the corridor’s current tenants are moving out.
KLS signed a 16-year lease for 30,852 square feet at 1325 Sixth Avenue, which is owned by Paramount Group. The firm is currently occupying 19,500 square feet at 111 Fifth Avenue, where it will be terminating its lease one year early. KLS is expected to move in the fall, according to the New York Post. Savills Studley’s Joseph Genovesi and John Harte represented the tenant.
