Commercial real estate brokerage Cushman & Wakefield, which has been handling leasing for 1 World Trade Center, signed a 10-year deal to occupy its own space there.
Cushman grabbed 10,222 square feet on the 45th floor at the 3 million-square-foot property. Asking rent was $69 per square foot. Legends Hospitality Group, a sports-venue management firm that developed the observation deck at the property, is also set to take office space on the 45th floor, Crain’s reported.
