Taconic Investment Partners and L+M Partners filed plans today for a 15-story mixed-use building that will be part of the 1.9 million-square-foot, mixed-use Essex Crossing project.
The 300,000-square-foot property at 141-145 Clinton Street would hold 211 apartments and a 43,000-square-foot commercial space. The project’s first phase will include 556 apartments – 311 of which are affordable. About 100 affordable-housing units will go to senior citizens.
In addition to the housing, Essex Crossing will feature a bowling alley, tech incubator, supermarket, movie theater and office space. Beyer Binder Belle and SHoP are handling design. [NY YIMBY] — Mark Maurer
