A large Victorian house in Prospect Park South has hit the market for the cost of a Manhattan one-bedroom.
The home, located at 92 Argyle Road, was built in 1903 by architect John Bay Slee and stretches across three floors and seven bedrooms, according to Curbed. It’s asking only $2.4 million.
The home has retained lots of period details, including stained glass windows, inlaid hardwood flooring and a wood-burning fireplace. However, there’s also a modern kitchen, a driveway with garage and an enormous front porch, according to the listing. [Curbed] – Christopher Cameron
