Eight floor plans have been revealed for penthouses at Silverstein Properties’ 30 Park Place.
Of the 157 condominium units at the 82-story Four Seasons Hotel and Residences tower, 11 hit the market in June. Sales, headed up by Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, have yet to begin for the rest.
The top penthouse unit is expected to be listed for $60 million. Meanwhile, a 3,173-square-foot, three-bedroom penthouse on the 76th floor is asking $13.5 million, and a 5,937-square-foot, five-bedroom penthouse on the 78th floor is asking $27.5 million, as The Real Deal reported. The building is poised to be the tallest in Downtown. [Curbed] — Mark Maurer
