World Wide Group and Rose Associates unveiled their new condominium development at 252 East 57th Street Wednesday, designed by SOM.
The 65-story tower will house 93 condo units, beginning on the building’s 36th floor. Prices are to start at $4.5 million, Curbed reported.
The lower levels are likely to hold roughly 173 rental units, as previous reports have indicated. The development sits atop the former site of a public school, which has since been relocated and reconstructed. The building also holds a Whole Foods. [Curbed] — Julie Strickland
