New images from the Adeline at 23 West 116th Street in Harlem have been released ahead of the launch of the building’s pricier units.
Sales launched in the L+M-developed building in January, since then over 80 percent have sold, according to Curbed. Current asking prices range from $830,000 for a 747-square-foot one-bedroom and $2.75 million for a 1,847-square-foot four-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment.
The 12-story building is named for Adeline Waller, the mother of the jazz musician Fats Waller, and the wife of Edward Martin Waller, a prominent Harlem minister during the early 20th century.
