Kirsten Dunst has listed her two-bedroom Soho penthouse for $12,500 a month.
The actress purchased the apartment, located at 533 Canal Street, for $3.09 million in 2007, according to the New York Daily News.
Other celebrities in the building include, Michael Stipe, the former lead singer of rock band R.E.M, actor Casey Affleck and director Gus Van Sant.
