TF Cornerstone’s 46-10 Center Boulevard is now fully leased.
This marks the end of the company’s decade-long, $1.4 billion effort to add roughly 3,000 new residential units to the area, Crain’s reported.
The building at 46-10 Center Boulevard — which has 585 units and sits on a former industrial site — is the last of the project’s six buildings to be completed by TF Cornerstone. The buildings were part of a plan, which originated in the 1980s, called Queens West.
The first of the buildings — 47-20 Center Boulevard — was completed in 2006. In total, the firm added 2,615 rental units and 184 condos to the area, as well as a new public waterfront park.
The development also includes 35,000 square feet of retail space. [Crain’s] — Claire Moses
