Centaur Properties and Greyscale Development Group unveiled plans to construct two 11-story condominium buildings in Chelsea.
The complex, called the Jardim, is slated to hold 36 apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms. Centaur and Greyscale acquired the block-through site at 527 West 27th Street for $45 million.
Brazilian architect Isay Weinfeld, making his debut in New York City, will be handling design.
Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is heading up condo sales, which are expected to launch early next year. The buildings are set to open by fall 2016. — Mark Maurer
