Mixed-use tower proposed for Victoria Theater site in Harlem

Lam Group is developing the site, which will include a hotel and residential component

Permits have been filed by the Lam Group for the redevelopment of Harlem’s Victoria Theater .

Aufgang is designing the proposed 26-story tower. The building will be 300 feet tall, according to New York YIMBY.

Roughly 172,000 square feet will be used for residential space — divided among 192 units — and a 203,120-square-foot hotel.

The proposed building at 233 West 125th Street will be one of the tallest in Harlem. The original Victoria Theater will be restored and integrated into the new development frontage on 125th Street, YIMBY reported.
