In September, a five-story Brooklyn Heights townhouse was the most expensive listing to hit the market in the borough, according to information provided by listings service Point2 Homes.
The 6,340-square-foot home at 38 Monroe Place, which features five bedrooms and three gas fireplaces, is asking $13 million. Sotheby’s International Realty brokers Alan Heyman and Karen Heyman have the listing.
The second priciest Brooklyn listing is for another five-story Brooklyn Heights townhouse, this one asking $11 million. The 6,000-square-foot, five-bedroom house at 100 Pierrepont Street has only one gas fireplace. Lindsay Barton Barrett of the Corcoran Group has the listing.
Next is a six-bedroom townhouse at 126 Hoyt Street in Boerum Hill, on the market for $7.5 million. The 22-foot-wide property has 12-foot-high ceilings and a private garden. Brown Harris Stevens brokers Nadine Adamson and Kelsey Hall have the listing.
Condos at the Pierhouse at Brooklyn Bridge Park dominated the top five in August. But this time around, only one cracked the list. Unit S407 at 130 Furman Street is a 3,367-square-foot condo with four bedrooms. Carla Curcio of Toll Brothers Real Estate has the listing, priced at $7.2 million. Another Pierhouse condo remains the priciest Brooklyn home listing overall, seeking $32 million.
A three-story, 19th-century brownstone at 30 Garden Place in Brooklyn Heights is on the market for $6.2 million, as listed by Scott Olsen of Halstead Property.
Meanwhile, over in Queens, a three-bedroom condo at Arris Lofts at 27-28 Thomson Avenue in Long Island City was the borough’s priciest listing – for $3.2 million – to hit in September, Point2 Homes data showed. The apartment features roughly 2,300 square feet of interior space and 2,900 square feet of Total Private Terrace and balcony space. Carlos Simoes and Eric Benaim of Modern Spaces have the listing.
A four-bedroom, 4,000-square-foot house at 160-16 Ninth Avenue in Whitestone is on the market for $2.99 million. Anthony Carollo and Mitchell Todd of Carollo Real Estate have the listing.
The next priciest Queens listing was also for a Whitestone house, this one a four-bedroom at 150-123 Powells Cove Boulevard. Douglas Elliman’s Jenny Shibetti has the listing, for $2.95 million.
A four-bedroom, 4,800-square-foot house at 112-02/06 71st Road in Forest Hills was listed by Spiros Nitis of Real Executives Today for $2.75 million. Finally, a five-bedroom, 3,840-square-foot colonial house at 252-75 Brattle Avenue in Little Neck is on the market for $2.7 million. Ling Ling Wu of the HNL Corporation has the listing.
The priciest home listing borough-wide for at least one month now is for a seven-bedroom house 65 Tennis Place in Forest Hills Gardens seeking $5.2 million.
