When the lease runs out, Condé Nast, One World Trade Center’s anchor tenant, has the option of taking over the 46th floor, according to the New York Post. The publishing company is taking up floors 20 through 44 in the building.

Westfield is in the process of negotiating with retailers for space in the WTC’s shopping areas, according to the Post.
