Developer Yoel Goldman’s Brooklyn GC has plans for an eight-story, 130,000-square-foot apartment building in Crown Heights.
The 120-unit rental property at 608 Franklin Avenue will occupy a full block between Bergen and Dean streets. The apartments will range from studios to two-bedrooms. The retail component will span roughly 19,000 square feet. Eran Chen of ODA Architecture is handling design.
Brooklyn GC acquired the development site from Crow Hill Development for $17.5 million in August, as The Real Deal reported.
Goldman – along with Heritage Equity Partners – is also at work on a 160-room Williamsburg hotel at 96 Wythe Avenue, as previously reported.
