Corcoran’s Robby Browne and Related Sales’ Leslie Wilson had the listing.

Earlier this year, Ehrlich bought a $11 million apartment at 101 Warren Street. He recently sold his 4,300-square-foot penthouse at 20 Greene Street to twins Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss for $14.5 million. [NYP] — Claire Moses
