388 Bridge Street, the tallest residential building in Brooklyn, is now 90 percent leased. Of the tower’s 234 rentals, only 20 remain.
The remaining apartments in the 53-story downtown Brooklyn residential tower vary in size from 491-square-feet to 1,141-square-feet, with prices ranging from $2,835 to $2,880 for a studio, $3,495 to $3,840 for a one-bedroom and $5,035 to $5,760 for a two-bedroom. All rental units come with floor-to-ceiling windows, nine-foot ceilings and ceramic sinks.
The 378-unit building has 234 rental apartments, 104 condominiums and 40 penthouses. The tower passed the 75 percent leased mark in mid-July.
The tower holds the record for tallest residential building in Brooklyn, at 590 feet. The 596-foot-tall Avalon Willoughby West at 88 Willoughby Street is expected to top it. [Curbed] —TRD
