French media company Lagardère Unlimited Americas is doubling its New York space with a new 18,555-square-foot space at the Feil Organization’s 488 Madison Avenue in Midtown.
The firm is set to relocate from 235 Park Avenue South. The new office will feature a balcony and offer views of Fifth Avenue and St. Patrick’s Cathedral.
David Stockel, John Picco and Peter Van Duyne of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. Architecture firm Goldstein, Hill & West recently handled the redesign of the lobby at the property, as previously reported.
