A unit at One Morningside Park is the priciest apartment above Central Park.
The full-floor, 2,159-square-foot penthouse at 321 West 110th Street hit the market for $5.9 million, according to Curbed. Artimus Construction developed the 54-unit building and GF55 Partners designed it.
The ask for the penthouse works out to $2,732 per square foot.
The unit is the most expensive listing in Harlem, easily surpassing the second priciest listing in the neighborhood, a $3 million penthouse on West 117th Street, according to the website.
