The voice of basketball is selling his Lincoln Square penthouse.
Five months after listing the unit for sale, Marv Albert has found a buyer for his $15 million penthouse, according to the New York Daily News.
Albert bought the three-bedroom, four-bathroom apartment at 150 Columbus Avenue in 1996 for $2.39 million. Albert — together with his former ESPN producer wife Heather — will move to a larger apartment in Tribeca, according to the newspaper. Modlin Group’s Adam Modlin was the couple’s broker.
