For $500,000 per month, the 39th floor of the Pierre Hotel is officially the city’s priciest rental listing.
The floor of the swanky hotel offers a total of 4,786 square feet of living space that includes six bedrooms. The two-bedroom, roughly 2,000-square-foot Presidential Suite also on the floor can be rented separately for $400,000 per month. The additional rooms range between $20,000 and $40,000 per month, according to the Wall Street Journal.

As part of the new Pierre Hotel Residences program, interested tenants can sign a lease for as short as 30 days or as long as they need to, on a month-to-month basis.
