Cardboard box mogul Dennis Mehiel is bringing his 17-room duplex in the Carhart Mansion at 3 East 95th Street to market again, after it languished unsold back in 2008.
The 10,350-square-foot residence in the Horace Trumbauer-designed building is priced at $34.9 million, about $100,000 less than its original listing price, according to Curbed. The unit includes seven bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms.
