A three-bedroom Lincoln Square condo was the most popular Manhattan rental listing last month, according to data provided by StreetEasy.
The 1,300-square-foot unit at 30 West 63rd Street is listed for $7,900 per month. Ellen Elman of Metropolitan Res. Partners has the listing.
The second most-viewed Manhattan rental listing was for a one-bedroom co-op unit at 308 Mott Street in Noho. The apartment was first listed in June for $2,300 per month; it has officially been rented since the start of the November. The next listing is for a one-bedroom Flatiron co-op at 50 Lexington Avenue asking $3,200 per month. Robert Gross and Andrea Weksler of Douglas Elliman have the listing.
Next up were a three-bedroom West Chelsea duplex condo at 524 West 19th Street asking $18,000 per month, and a one-bedroom Greenwich Village co-op at 60 East 9th Street asking $3,500 per month. The respective brokers are Elliman’s Holly Parker, and Frank Jason Lopez and Tracie Hamersley, also of Elliman.
Meanwhile, in Brooklyn, the most popular listing of October was for a one-bedroom Williamsburg condo at 440 Kent Avenue asking $3,000 per month. The 860-square-foot condo, unit 10F, is now in contract to be sold. Eugene Litvak and Geoffrey Pantone of Urban Compass had the listing.
The other popular Brooklyn listings, based on StreetEasy pageviews, were: a two-bedroom co-op at 30 Willow Place in Brooklyn Heights ($5,000); a one-bedroom condo at 133 South 1st Street in Williamsburg ($3,750); a studio co-op at 70 Remsen Street in Brooklyn Heights ($1,700); and a three-bedroom condo at, once again, 440 Kent Avenue ($6,995), data showed. The brokers, in order, are Joan Goldberg of Brown Harris Stevens, S. Jefferson Thomas of Elliman and Shay Mitchell-Peter of Peter Estates. The Kent Avenue broker is unknown. — Mark Maurer
