Long Island-based landlord Treeline Companies has listed the top four floors of a six-story office building in Downtown Brooklyn.The asking price: $100 million.
The Metropolitan Transportation Authority leases that space at the 165,000-square-foot property at 180 Livingston Street, Crain’s reported. The property has 140,000 square feet of development rights that would allow for residential space on top of the building.
Stephen Palmese of Massey Knakal Realty Services is marketing the site.
