Forest City Ratner Companies’ East River Plaza Development will include three towers and 1,100 residential units, of which 25 percent will be below market rate, new renderings show.

The towers will stand 47 stories, 41 stories and 32 stories tall, according to new plans published by New York YIMBY. TEN Arquitectos is responsible for the design of the project, to be located on FDR Drive East between 117th and 119th streets. The towers — built on top of a mall and transfer deck and  connected by two skybridges — will be between 455 and 575 feet tall, which would mean they’d be the tallest in the neighborhood.

The plans also include public space on East 118th Street, 24,000 square feet of low rise residences as well as 25,000 square feet of amenities and cultural space, according to the website. The affordable units will be set aside for households making between 30 and 60 percent of the area median income (roughly $18,000 for an individual and $52,000 for a family of four), the website reported.
