CS Real Estate Group filed permit applications for two Karl Fischer-designed buildings along Fulton Street on the southern edge of Brooklyn’s Bedford-Stuyvesant.
The developer applied to build two residential buildings that will have 74 units in total, according to New York YIMBY.
CS Real Estate, led by principal Moses Strulowitz, is looking to construct a seven-story apartment building at 1430 Fulton Street that will have 64 apartments across 47,000 square feet of residential space as well as 12,000 square feet of retail space.
Behind that building, the developer is looking to build a six-story building at 293 Herkimer Street that will have ten units across 12,000 square feet. The permits call for 50 parking spaces.
The controversial architect has designed more than 200 rental buildings in the city.
The land was bought earlier this year for $11 million, according to the website, which works out to $190 per buildable square foot. [NY YIMBY] — Claire Moses
