Cadillac has signed a 34,000-square-foot lease for the top two floors of 330 Hudson Street.
The automotive brand has been in talks with Beacon Properties, the owner of the 16-story building in Hudson Square, for several months. 330 Hudson will now serve as Cadillac’s new global headquarters starting next year, according to the New York Times.
“The addition of a headquarters office in New York is a key step in Cadillac’s ongoing global expansion,” Johan de Nysschen, president of Cadillac, said in the statement. “There is no better atmosphere in which to better immerse ourselves into luxury consumer and brand expertise. We look forward to being a good neighbor there, starting in spring of 2015.” [NYT] – Christopher Cameron
