An Upper East Side mansion that hit the market in March for $27 million is now available as a rental, for $65,000 per month.
The five-bedroom townhouse at 132 East 62nd Street, near Park Avenue, features a landscaped garden and drawing room, the New York Daily News reported. The 5,000-square-foot home also comes with an art collection including work by Roy Lichtenstein, Andy Warhol, Anish Kapoor and Frank Sinatra.
Town Residential’s Beverly Cole has the listing for the rental — replacing Douglas Elliman’s Tal Alexander, who had the sales listing. The house can still purchased for sale unfurnished, for $22 million.
