Sky View Parc, a condo and retail complex in Queens, is down to just one owner.
Onex Real Estate Partners bought out its partner Muss Development and is taking control of the next phase of development, Crain’s reported. Onex is planning to put up a trio of towers, totaling 650,000 square feet. The buildings will be constructed on top of Sky View Parc‘s 800,000-square-foot mall, the website reported.
Muss will still partner with Onex on the retail portion of the development. Muss reportedly aimed to get $150 million selling its half of the project.
The project already includes 448 condominiums that were completed as part of Sky View Parc’s first phase of development. [Crain’s] — Claire Moses
