“Girls” creator and star Lena Dunham moved into a four-bedroom, $4.9 million condominium unit at 30 Henry Street in Brooklyn Heights after moving out of a nearby pad she acquired for $500,000.

Dunham still owns the one-bedroom Apartment On Hicks Street, according to public records cited by the Daily Mail. In May, she bought her new apartment at Fortis Property Group’s newly opened five-story condo building called the Heights. She lives in the latter home with her boyfriend Jack Antonoff. Dunham reportedly received an advance of $3.7 million for her memoir “Not That Kind of Girl.”

The Tribeca apartment belonging to Dunham’s artist parents Carroll Dunham and Laurie Simmons sold for $6.25 million in May, as The Real Deal reported.
