Billionaire Ron Burkle is asking $37 million for his five-bedroom Noho penthouse that was formerly the home of the Sky Studios event space.

The Morgans Hotel Group shareholder and supermarket mogul has owned the 8,000-square-foot condo at 704 Broadway, Between West 4th Street and Washington Place, since 2007, when he paid $17 million. Burkle moved into the pad in 2009 and extensively renovated it, Curbed reported.

Douglas Elliman’s Raphael De Niro has the listing. The apartment features a 17th-century fireplace, a 25-foot outdoor swimming pool, a mahogany-paneled library and a great room with 17-foot ceilings, according to the listing. [Curbed]Mark Maurer
