Slate Property Group and Adam America Real Estate have launched sales at 51 Jay Street, a 74-unit Dumbo condominium building converted from a warehouse.
Prices range from $750,000 for a studio to $5.2 million for a four-bedroom duplex penthouse. The property, between Water and Front streets, includes six penthouse apartments and a single-family townhouse, which will be available for sale in the next six months.
The building, designed by ODA Architecture, is slated to open in the spring of 2016. Amenities include a rooftop fireplace, children’s playroom and sun deck. Several of the units will have private terraces.
Halstead Property Development Marketing is handling sales.
“We have a lot of pent-up demand for this project from local Dumbo folks and Tribeca and Chelsea buyers,” Halstead’s Robin Schneiderman said.
Silverstone Property Group, formerly led by Slate co-founder Martin Nussbaum, bought the three-story manufacturing building on the site for $45 million in 2013, as The Real Deal reported. Slate, in partnership with Adam America developed the project.
