SL Green signed leases with Diesel and Swarovski at two of the company’s Midtown buildings, the commercial landlord announced today.
The Italian clothing brand signed a 10-year lease for a new flagship store at 625 Madison Avenue. The developer did not disclose the size of the space.
SL Green Realty currently has a long-term lease at the 17-story, 563,000-square-foot building. The retail space there is now fully occupied. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Jeff Roseman represented SL Green, while JLL’s Bob Gibson represented Diesel.
Meanwhile, the Austrian crystal jewelry maker inked an 11-year-plus deal for nearly 18,000 square feet on the 26th and 27th floors at 10 East 53rd Street. The 37-story, 354,000-square-foot tower is undergoing a $64 million renovation.
