Muss Development signed health care translation service CyraCom to a 23,000-square-foot office space at Flushing Plaza in Queens.
CyraCom inked a 12-year lease for space at 41-61 Kissena Boulevard, near Barclay Avenue. Arizona-based CyraCom plans to hire more than 300 people for its first New York City office.
Asking rent at The Plaza is in the low $40s per square foot, Muss told the New York Daily News. Muss has owned the building since the 1980s.
Earlier this month, Muss put a 22-acre residential development site on the South Shore of Staten Island on the market, as The Real Deal reported.
