Cushman & Wakefield’s Mitchell Barnett, Richard Serko and Bill Lee represented BounceX in the search for new office space. The New York Times Building was one of roughly 90 spaces in the $55- to $75-per-square-foot range the company visited, according to the newspaper. CBRE’s Ramneek Rikhy, Arkady Smolyansky, Tighe, Greg Tosko and Sacha Zarba represented the New York Times.

G3 Architecture will design the interior of the space on the 21st floor, which will have an open floor plan. [NYP, 2nd] — Claire Moses
