BounceX to take up 31K sf at New York Times Building

Company is moving from its 5,500-square-foot space at 304 Hudson Street

Tech company Bounce Exchange inked a lease to take nearly 31,000 square feet at the New York Times Building.

The startup — a graduate of the New York University Polytechnic business incubator — is moving from its current 5,543-square-foot office in the Hudson Square Building at 304 Hudson Street, the New York Post reported.

Bounce Exchange, co-founded by chief executive officer Ryan Urban, aims to boost traffic to retailer and publishing websites.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Mitchell Barnett, Richard Serko and Bill Lee represented BounceX in the search for new office space. The New York Times Building was one of roughly 90 spaces in the $55- to $75-per-square-foot range the company visited, according to the newspaper. CBRE’s Ramneek Rikhy, Arkady Smolyansky, Tighe, Greg Tosko and Sacha Zarba represented the New York Times.
