The much-buzzed-about “highest residence in all of Soho,” also known as the penthouse of 10 Sullivan Street, has hit the market asking $45 million.
The four-story penthouse covers the building’s 14th through 16th floors, as well as its rooftop, and has 8,359 square feet of interior space, according to Curbed.
The six-bedroom, seven-bathroom apartment features a private elevator, two wraparound balconies, a great room with 23-foot-high ceilings, a private rooftop, and, of course, a private pool.
The Cary Tamarkin-designed, triangle-shaped building at 10 Sullivan Street is credited with pushing the boundaries of luxury residential development into western, largely-commercial frontiers of the neighborhood. [Curbed] – Christopher Cameron
