Suzy Reingold, who left her position as chief operating officer of Cushman & Wakefield’s tri-state region amid accusations of age and gender discrimination, has secured a new position at rival commercial brokerage Colliers International.

Colliers’ Eastern Region president Joseph Harbert confirmed to the New York Observer that Reingold will be consulting on the firm’s educational programs.

Reingold left Cushman & Wakefield in December, The Real Deal reported. In 2013, she alleged in a lawsuit she was passed over for a promotion to president of the tri-state region due to her age, 66 at the time, and her sex. The job went to Ron Lo Russo, who was 38.

Colliers has picked up other high-ranking female executives from Cushman & Wakefield recently, including Kimberly Brennan, who is now COO of Colliers’ tri-state region, and Cynthia Foster, its new president of office services. [NYO] — Tess Hofmann
